Cancellation policy

If you cancel your enrolment to any course before it begins the course fee, not including the registration, accommodation, andf airport pick-up fees, may be refunded as follows:

If you inform Cairns Global in writing:

45-90 days before start date 75%; 30-44 days before start date 50% ;15-29 days before start date 25% ;0-14 days before start date- Nil

During your course

- If a student does not attend, or is absent due to illness, holiday or for any other reason or wishes to shorten their course or reduce the number of hours tuition, there will be no refund. If compassionate grounds apply, it is at the discretion of Cairns Global to postpone up to 3 days maximum to a future time, provided these credits are used within a 3 month period from the first day of absence.

契約取消料金規定

入学申込者が契約を取り消す場合、授業料の返金額は以下の通りです。申込者が書面で契約の解除を通知した場合、45-90 日前の場合は75%, 30-44 日前の場合は50%, 15-29 日前の場合は25%, 0-14 日前の場合は0% 授業料が返金されます。入学料、宿舎手配料、空港出迎え料金は返金されません。

コース開始後の取り消し

生徒が、病気、旅行、その他の理由で欠席した場合、また当校での学習期間を短縮する場合、授業料は返金されません。やむを得ない事態が発生し、 3か月以内に当校での学習を再開する場合に限り、3日分の授業料が免除されます。
